Privacy Policy

This is a coaching website, not a SaaS platform. The data I collect is minimal, used only to respond to you, and is not sold to anyone. Here is what that looks like in practice.
What I Collect
Decision Pattern Assessment. When you complete the assessment and submit your name and email, that information is sent to my server via an encrypted connection. I receive your name, email, assessment responses, and your clarity profile result. This data is used to understand your situation before we speak.
Contact form. The contact page form collects your name, email, and message. This is delivered to my server via an encrypted connection. I use it to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
Scheduling. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences. Calendly has its own privacy policy, which you can review at calendly.com/privacy.
Training opt-in. When you request the free training (for example on the /clarity page), I collect your first name and email so I can send you the training and a short series of follow-up emails. This is handled by my email provider, GoHighLevel. You can unsubscribe from any email, which removes you from the sequence.
How I Use It
Your data is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare for our conversation, and (if you opted in for the training) send you the training plus a short follow-up email sequence. You can unsubscribe at any time. I do not sell your information.
Third-Party Services
Calendly handles scheduling. Their data practices are governed by their own policy linked above.
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides privacy-first web analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not collect personal data. It measures aggregate page views and performance metrics only. Cloudflare privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
GoHighLevel is my email and CRM provider. It stores your first name and email when you opt in and sends the training and follow-up emails on my behalf.
Meta Pixel. Pages on this site include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which records page views and on-page actions (such as opting in or booking a call) and shares them with Meta. I use this to measure my advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. You can control ad tracking in your Meta account settings and your browser. Wistia hosts the training video and records aggregate viewing analytics (such as play rate and watch time). Wistia privacy policy: wistia.com/privacy.
Fonts are self-hosted and served directly from this site. No requests are made to Google Fonts or any external font service.
Cookies
The Meta Pixel sets advertising and measurement cookies on pages where it runs. Cloudflare and Calendly may set minimal functional cookies (security, session state). You can clear or block cookies in your browser, and control ad personalization in your Meta settings.
Data Sales
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Period.
Your Rights
If you want your data removed from my records, email me. I will delete it. No form to fill out, no 30-day waiting period.
